Section 3-7-11-7 - Report of investigation; persons to be given copy of reportThe NVRA official, upon completing the investigation, shall submit the results of the investigation to the commission, who shall then issue a written report. The commission shall provide a copy of the report to:
(1) the person who filed the notice by first class mail with tracking;(2) the person alleged to have committed the violation by first class mail with tracking;(3) the members of the commission by filing a copy with the election division; and(4) the attorney general by electronic mail.Amended by P.L. 227-2023,SEC. 22, eff. 7/1/2023.As added by P.L. 12-1995, SEC.20.
