Section 3-6-5.6-1.1 - Transition from county election board to board of elections and registration; expiration(a) On July 1, 2019, the county election board is abolished and all of its functions, powers, and duties are transferred to the board established by section 3 of this chapter.(b) On July 1, 2019, the records, property, and appropriations of the county election board are transferred to the board established by section 3 of this chapter.(c) This section expires July 1, 2024.Added by P.L. 170-2019,SEC. 4, eff. 7/1/2019.
