Section 3-5-2-7.5 - "Caucus"

As used in IC 3-9, "caucus" refers to a caucus to fill a candidate vacancy under IC 3-13-1 or IC 3-13-2. The term does not include a caucus to fill a vacant office under IC 3-13-5 or IC 3-13-11.
