Section 3-5-2-40.3 - "Presidential elector"(a) "Presidential elector" refers to an elector for President and Vice President of the United States as provided in Article 2, Section 1, clause 2 of the Constitution of the United States and Section 3 of the Fourteenth Amendment to the Constitution of the United States.(b) The term includes an alternate presidential elector elected as provided in IC 3-10-4, unless the text or the context of the statute provides otherwise.Added by P.L. 201-2017,SEC. 1, eff. 7/1/2017.
