Section 3-5-2-26.7 - "Individual with a nontraditional residence"
"Individual with a nontraditional residence" means a person who:
(1) does not reside in a private residential dwelling or an institutional structure; and(2) maintains a mobile residence or usually sleeps in a shelter, public area, or public right-of-way.
