Section 3-5-10-5 - "Plan"(a) As used in this chapter, "plan" refers to the description of the districts that a redistricting authority is required to establish.(b) The term includes the maps and written descriptions of the maps that define all the districts that a plan is required to have under the applicable law.Added by P.L. 169-2022,SEC. 2, eff. 3/18/2022.
