Section 3-14-3-17 - Inducement of votes by board member or precinct election officer

A member of a precinct election board, a precinct election officer, or a member of an absentee voter board who knowingly induces or persuades a voter to vote for a candidate or for or against a public question while acting as a board member or precinct election officer commits a Level 6 felony.
