Section 3-14-2-8 - Return of names of ineligible, fictitious, or deceased persons by poll taker
A poll taker who knowingly returns:
(1) the name of a person who is not entitled to vote in the precinct for which the poll is taken at the next election;(2) a fictitious name; or(3) the name of a dead person;
