Section 3-14-2-2.5 - Solicitation for fraudulent absentee ballot application

A person who does either of the following, knowing that an individual is ineligible to register to vote or to vote, commits absentee ballot fraud, a Level 6 felony:

(1) Solicits the individual to complete an absentee ballot application.

(2) Solicits the individual to submit an absentee ballot application to a county election board.
