Section 3-13-1-13 - Local office; appointment of individual to fill candidate vacancy

If fewer than two (2) persons are eligible to participate in the filling of a candidate vacancy for an office under section 6(b) of this chapter, the county chairman entitled to call the meeting under section 8 of this chapter shall appoint a person to fill the vacancy.
