Section 3-12-11-19.5 - Recount or contest proceeding for presidential electors; conclusion

As required under 3 U.S.C. 5, any recount or contest proceeding concerning the election of presidential electors must be concluded not later than six (6) days before the time fixed by federal law for the meeting of the presidential electors.
