Section 3-12-1-3 - Ballot void if it bears distinguishing mark or mutilation

The whole ballot is void if the ballot bears any distinguishing mark (other than a voting mark) or a mutilation made by the voter or an election officer with the intent to enable a person to determine who cast the marked or mutilated ballot.
