Section 3-11.5-3-2 - Rights and requirements of appointed watchers(a) Political parties or independent candidates described in IC 3-6-8-1 may appoint watchers at a central location for counting absentee ballots.(b) A watcher appointed under this section: (2) must follow the requirements; set forth in IC 3-6-8.
