Section 3-11-8-6 - Location of polls in accessible and secure facility(a) The county executive shall locate the polls for each precinct in an accessible and secure facility.(b) In locating the polls for a precinct, a county shall consider the relevant factors to ensure the security of the location set forth in guidance provided by the secretary of state.Pre-1986 Recodification Citation: 3-1-23-17(a), (c).
