Section 3-11-8-23.5 - Challenged voter casting provisional ballot; affidavit

In accordance with 52 U.S.C. 21082, a voter challenged under section 21 of this chapter is entitled to cast a provisional ballot under IC 3-11.7 after executing the affidavit under section 23 of this chapter.
