Section 3-11-4-1.5 - Application of chapter to certain voters

The provisions of this chapter relating to an absentee ballot application do not apply to a voter who votes:

(1) in person under IC 3-11-10-26 or IC 3-11-10-26.3; and

(2) in a county using an electronic poll book.
