Section 3-11-1.5-34 - Renaming or renumbering precincts(a) A county executive may issue an order to rename or renumber precincts without establishing new precinct boundaries. An order issued under this section becomes effective when it is filed with the co-directors.(b) The co-directors shall send a copy of the order to the office.As added by P.L. 13-1988, SEC.1.
