Section 3-11-14-3 - Ballot labels(a) The county election board shall furnish ballot labels prepared as required by section 3.5 of this chapter.(b) The county election board shall have the ballot labels printed: (1) in black ink on clear white material;(2) in the size that will fit on an electronic system; and(3) in plain, clear type as space will reasonably permit.As added by P.L. 3-1987, SEC.327.
