Section 3-11-10-11 - [Effective 7/1/2024] Acceptance of delivery of additional identifying information at post office on election day

On election day, the county voter registration office shall visit the appropriate post office to accept delivery of mail containing documentation submitted by a voter to comply with IC 3-7-33-4.5 or IC 3-7-33-4.7. The office shall immediately notify the county election board regarding the filing of this documentation.
