Section 3-10-7-3 - Municipal elections coinciding with general elections; conduct by county election board

If a town has established staggered terms for its town council, or has adopted an ordinance under section 2.7 or 2.9 of this chapter, the county election board shall conduct a municipal election in that town that coincides with a general election.
