Section 3-10-6-7.6 - Elections for municipal offices; prohibition
An election may not be held for a municipal office if:
(1) an election is not required under section 7.5 of this chapter; and(2) the approval or rejection of a public question is the only other vote that may be cast on the ballot at the municipal election.
