Section 28-6.2-7-6 - Plan of conversion

A mutual holding company organized under the laws of the United States may convert to a mutual holding company organized under this article in accordance with a plan of conversion approved by the department that is substantially the same as a plan of a mutual bank conversion authorized in IC 28-1-21.7.
