Section 28-6.1-8-2 - Making, arranging, purchasing, and selling real estate loans and extensions of credit

A savings bank may make, arrange, purchase, or sell loans or extensions of credit secured by liens on interests in real estate as provided in IC 28-1-13-7.1.
