Section 28-6.1-6-12 - Transferring, registering, and countersigning certificates of stock, bonds, and other evidences of indebtedness

A savings bank may transfer, register, and countersign certificates of stock, bonds, or other evidence of indebtedness and authenticate and certify the bonds and certificates of indebtedness.
