Section 28-6.1-3-12 - Increasing number of trustees(a) Subject to section 3 of this chapter, the board of a savings bank may, by resolution incorporated in the bylaws of the savings bank, increase the number of trustees.(b) The board may adopt a resolution under subsection (a) at any time.As added by P.L. 42-1993, SEC.72.
