Section 28-6.1-2-7 - Stock savings bank

"Stock savings bank" means a savings bank that is owned by the holders of capital stock and that was:

(1) formed as the result of conversion under IC 28-1-21.8 or IC 28-1-21.9 after December 31, 1992; or

(2) incorporated under IC 28-12.
