Section 28-13-14-9 - Adoption before issuance of shares

If a corporation has not yet issued shares:

(1) its board of directors; or

(2) if a board of directors has not been selected, the incorporators;

may adopt at least one (1) amendment to the corporation's articles of incorporation.
