Section 28-11-5-5 - Hearings on applications(a) The department may hold a hearing to determine whether to approve an application filed under section 3 of this chapter.(b) A hearing may not be held until ten (10) days after the date of the publication of the notice required by section 6 of this chapter.(c) If the department holds a hearing under this section, the hearing must be held within ninety (90) days after the application is accepted by the department for processing.As added by P.L. 42-1993, SEC.91.
