Ind. Code § 28-10-3-1

Section 28-10-3-1 - "Corporation"

As used in this chapter, "corporation" means any:

(1) bank;

(2) trust company;

(3) corporate fiduciary;

(4) savings bank;

(5) savings association;

(6) industrial loan and investment company that maintains federal deposit insurance;

(7) credit union; or

(8) bank of discount and deposit;

organized or reorganized under the laws of this state.
