Section 28-10-2-5 - "Calculating person"(a) As used in this chapter, "calculating person", with respect to a particular contract, security, or instrument, means any person responsible for calculating or determining any valuation, payment, or other measurement based on a benchmark.(b) The term includes the determining person for a particular contract, security, or instrument.Added by P.L. 67-2022,SEC. 1, eff. 3/10/2022.
