Section 28-1-3.1-17 - Articles of dissolution; execution; presentation; fee

The articles of dissolution shall be executed in triplicate and shall be presented in triplicate to the secretary of state at his office (as provided in section 18 of this chapter) accompanied by the fees prescribed by law.
