Section 27-6-10.1-6 - Applicability of chapter

Reinsurance Agreements Affected. This chapter shall apply to all cessions after June 30, 2020, under reinsurance agreements that have an inception, anniversary, or renewal date not less than six (6) months after July 1, 2020.
