Section 27-4-1-13 - Cumulative powers and remedies

The powers vested in the commissioner and the department by this chapter shall be additional to any other powers to enforce any penalties or forfeitures authorized by law with respect to the methods, acts, and practices declared hereby to be unfair or deceptive.
