Ind. Code § 27-2-28-7

Section 27-2-28-7 - "Personal automobile or homeowner's policy"

As used in this chapter, "personal automobile or homeowner's policy" means:

(1) an automobile policy; or

(2) a homeowner's policy;

that is underwritten on an individual basis for an individual, family, or household.
