Section 27-2-28-12 - Adoption of rules(a) The commissioner shall adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 to implement this chapter.(b) The rules adopted under subsection (a) must include monetary penalties for a violation of this chapter that are consistent with other penalties assessed for similar violations under this title.(c) The commissioner is solely responsible for the enforcement of this chapter.Added by P.L. 226-2023,SEC. 20, eff. 7/1/2023.
