Section 27-17-6-2 - Notice of approval or disapproval of filing; time(a) The commissioner shall: (1) notify a discount medical card program organization of the commissioner's approval or disapproval of a filing under section 1 of this chapter; and(2) specify in the notice the reason for a disapproval.(b) A discount medical card program organization that receives a notice of disapproval under subsection (a) may, not more than twenty-one (21) days after the date the discount medical card program organization receives the notice, request a hearing under IC 4-21.5.As added by P.L. 73-2006, SEC.3.
