Section 27-13-7-2 - Deceptive contract provisions prohibited

A contract or an evidence of coverage referred to in section 1 or section 5 of this chapter may not contain provisions or statements that are unjust, unfair, inequitable, misleading, or deceptive or that encourage misrepresentation prohibited by IC 27-1-15.6-12 or IC 27-4-1-4.
