Section 27-13-2-8 - Waiver of rights under bankruptcy laws

The commissioner may not issue a certificate of authority to operate a health maintenance organization unless the applicant has submitted to the commissioner a written waiver of the health maintenance organization's rights under the federal bankruptcy laws.
