Section 27-1-44.6-7 - Terms; vacancies(a) Members appointed by the governor serve a four (4) year term that expires June 30, 2025, and each fourth year thereafter. Members may be reappointed to successive terms.(b) Subject to subsection (d), the executive director is a permanent member of the advisory board.(c) Each appointed member serves until the member's successor is appointed and qualified. A vacancy must be filled by the appropriate appointing authority.
