Section 27-1-43.2-17 - Court action

The commissioner may commence an action in the circuit or superior court of Marion County to do the following:

(1) Enjoin an actual or threatened violation of this chapter.

(2) Seek restitution on behalf of a person aggrieved by a violation of this chapter.
