Section 27-1-42-15 - Examinations and penalties(a) The commissioner may examine and investigate the activities of a person that the commissioner reasonably believes has violated this chapter.(b) The commissioner may issue a cease and desist order or impose a civil penalty of not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000) for each violation of this chapter.Added by P.L. 70-2013, SEC. 1, eff. 7/1/2013.
