Section 27-1-27-8 - Professional standards; adoption

The commissioner of insurance shall, in the manner prescribed by IC 4-22-2, adopt standards for the competent practice of public adjusting appropriate to establish and maintain a high standard of integrity and dignity in the profession of public adjusting.
