Section 27-1-24.5-8 - "Maximum allowable cost list"

As used in this chapter, "maximum allowable cost list" means a list of drugs that is used:

(1) by a pharmacy benefit manager; and

(2) to set the maximum amount that may be reimbursed to a pharmacy or pharmacist for a drug.
