Section 27-1-24.5-11 - "Pharmacy"

As used in this chapter, "pharmacy" means the physical location:

(1) that is licensed under IC 25-26; and

(2) at which drugs, chemicals, medicines, prescriptions, and poisons are compounded, dispensed, or sold at retail.
