Section 27-1-15.6-1 - Applicability of chapter

This chapter governs the qualifications and procedures for the licensing of insurance producers. This chapter does not apply to surplus lines producers licensed under IC 27-1-15.8 except as specifically provided in this chapter or in IC 27-1-15.8.
