Section 27-1-1.5-5 - In effect date of references in IC 27; document maintenance by department of insurance(a) Except as otherwise provided in this title or as reported under section 1 of this chapter, a reference:(2) to a document not described this chapter; is a reference to the document as in effect on January 1, 2018.
(b) The department shall maintain, as a public record: (1) an electronic version on the department's Internet web site; and(2) a paper copy; of each document to which there is a reference in this title, including each version of a document that is amended over time.
