Section 27-1-1.5-24 - "National Committee on Quality Assurance standards or guidelines"

"National Committee on Quality Assurance standards or guidelines" refers to standards or guidelines for accreditation of health plans:

(1) that are published by the National Committee on Quality Assurance; and
(2) in effect on January 1, 2018.
