Section 27-1-1.5-2 - Reference to Indiana Code

Except as otherwise provided in this title, a reference in this title to an Indiana statute is a reference to the statute:

(1) as added to the Indiana Code (or, in the case of a noncode statute, as enacted into law); or

(2) as amended;

whichever occurred most recently.
