Section 27-1-13-8.5 - Rules to prescribe minimum standards for establishment of reserves

The department shall adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 to prescribe minimum standards for the establishment of reserves as required by the Accounting Practices and Procedures Manual for insurers writing Class 2 and Class 3 lines of business.
