Section 27-1-12-10.5 - Rules for minimum standards for establishment of reserves

The department shall adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 to prescribe minimum standards for the establishment of reserves as specified in the Valuation Manual for insurers writing Class 1(a), Class 1(b), and Class 1(c) lines of business.
